Are US, remote, and don't live next door to a center of excellence? Make that Rule 99.9%. Get out while you can.
The Rule of 70% is that you should make a decision to leave a company when we’re 70% confident you will be laid off… or it’s used to determine the number of years it takes for the amount of layoffs to double by dividing the number 70 by the company’s decline rate… or it’s an employee that is 70 or older.
