I was part of the most recent reduction of force today with my position being eliminated. Interesting you no longer have PRIVACY being amongst others being eliminated with you.
Although HR mentions they want to honor your privacy by not sharing you was eliminated to others but have already transistioned your work to them.🤔🤔🤔
Whew not sure what phase of grief yet .... denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. Thank you to all my good friends missing me over the years of just working. Accepting me back to life.

Weird, your whole team will know tomorrow when it’s announced to the team. The rationale given by HR makes no sense.
