it takes about a year to figure out how to work here - getting rid of historical talent, people who know how to handle things that have no policy, etc. proves the point a warm body is better than no body -until they don't need you again - I have worked for more than 40 yrs and this is by far the most complicated place to learn. Go to one Town Hall and listen and see if you understand what they are talking about - half the time they use terms, projects etc but never explain what it is, what it does etc. Upper Leadership never learns

The total combined brain trust that walked out the door in the past few years is amazing. The company should be retraining existing employees in AI. Then they would have the best of both worlds. Human intelligence and machine. What a train wreck.
