@gp+1jt64f19h What about those who are so prim and prop in their documentation but really are just causing problems cause they don’t listen to what the business has to say on issues because they think we don’t know what we’re talking about because we are not IT? Specifically talking about POs here. Did they get let go too? Oh they didn’t? So they’re great as long as they meet their TAT and if it causes an issue well business can just make another ticket? Oh the problems we have.

I can't speak for other BUs but those impacted in IT seem to have been mediocre or under-performers.

I got two weeks severance for every year, plus 1 week. That seems to be the Centene way.

What is the severance package being offered (ex. are people getting a week per year of service)? Also, are people done immediately on termination day or do they have to work until their last day?

yeah I bunch of people in my team just got notified too. 2 Directors, 1 RTE, multiple Scrum masters, multiple product owners, product manager.

Our scrum master position was eliminated but the incumbent got 2 months of severance pay. The incumbent is in the St Louis area.
