Or put another way... what are Gainwell's core competencies? I'm beginning to think it is the executive team and no one else.

I couldn’t agree more.
100% accurate.
Gainwell is definitely sinking.
GWT is a sinking ship.
In 2021 they had 43 states.
Today they have 27.
They have offshored over 2,000 jobs
They have restructured every year
Their >$4billion in debt is due in 2027
They have monthly rolling layoffs
They are losing more business than they are taking in
They have whistleblowers
They have lawsuits
Bloomberg has exposed fraud
More will come to light
Fraud and waste is rampant
Leadership is incapable
It is a sinking ship.
Anyone that tries to tell you different is in denial.
My department was rebadged to NTT. The only thing that has changed is the manager of my department, who was with NTT before the move.
The team leads/shift supervisors and toxic environment are the same. There's so much testosterone and wanna be alphas it's a burden to show up to work each day.
I’ll tell you thing. I’ve never seen a company hire more management in a dept. and get rid of the people who actually do the day to day work. My dept. don’t stop at noon like the Indians do. The people left aren’t happy now. Good!
Trust me I always want the best for Gainwell and wanted the best for Gainwell .
But the current CEO has no idea what he is doing . He messed and sc--wed the things big time . He just keep hiring VPs executives and keep losing the key talent .
What a sh-t show .
There will be no one left at Gainwell besides executives, directors, and Indians.
