I see the reorg is underway but I'm yet to hear of any cuts taking place as of yet.

I’m sorry to hear you were impacted. Keep your head up. It’s a tough job market but many people who were laid off eventually found something better.

I heard some kind of reorg/restructure is coming back in feb. leaders seem to be hinting at it. Frankly it’s much needed - not so much cuts, but putting the right roles in the right places with the right reporting structure. I just hope it goes far enough.
