I have worked for several different MCO's before landing at Anthem/Elevance. Two of the MCO's lost their state contracts for Medicaid which was why I eventually ended up at Anthem. Let me tell you their benefits and raises and bonuses don't even come close to what I received previously at the other MCOs. Anthem/Elevance is too heavy and do not care about the employees doing the actual work. My manager and director were clueless and inept. No chance for me to get promoted or a higher job grade. I resigned before I was rifed

This place is much better than centene and cvs. I didn’t love my bonus but compared to those two companies I was at in the past, here I like my leadership and have had a lot of opportunities. It all depends on who you work for and I guess im lucky.
Agree benefits are terrible. However, all large mcos paid out terrible bonuses this year. It's like they all have the same playbook.
