Thread regarding MetLife Inc. layoffs

I’ve hit my limit

Between the toxic culture and soul-crushing work environment, I don’t know how anyone lasts long-term at Medtronic. Hats off to those who tough it out, I just can’t anymore. Every day feels like a losing battle. I've reached my breaking point and I'm ready to leave.

@11j+1jt1c7tsp Your friend unfortunately needed to be BIPOC in 2020 in order to advance. Those are the rules set by MetLife. Not about talent or readiness.

A friend has been waiting on a promotion for years but was recently told that "people like you." Hope that helps paying the bills.

Total po-p show. Wall Street is propping up this piece of po-p company and keeps looking the other way at obvious issues. IRS, NY DOR, SEC, DOJ, DOL, NY DOL have ignored flagrant civil and criminal issues at MetLife.

What kind of commercial mindset is it to boondoggle in the Bahamas with spouses at company expense?

Next week will be a great reprieve from our wonderful "leaders", as they bask in the Bahamas sun at their annual boondoggle. They all work so hard, and so do their spouses! They all truly deserve to be honored on a beach with piña coladas. Money. Well. Spent. Take that, 2%ers!
