Is CEO and self proclaimed CTO (incompetent) this company is DOA. If the board doesn't see this, they need to resign.

IMO ... MB is more concerned with DEI and wokeness more than the bottom line of the company. If I were on the BOD he would be gone.
I think MarkB has bought himself another quarter or two by getting rid of Madhu and hiring a "transformative" CFO. OT's problems are due to everyone else but him.
Q3 results are due on the 30th all indications are a shocker hence the layoffs. Eyes will be on the revenue number will it still be 13% down YoY ? If so the board will need to act. You cannot continue to retrench to pump numbers.
