What’s happening with Fraud?

I’m in Bank and my team is a skeleton crew with my director fired, but I keep getting thrown into taking on Fraud work that they deem as not in scope.

Of the few people I talked to, apparently it’s getting stressful since the people they hired are showing incompetence and leadership is losing faith in finishing the Consent Order on time

Is the area still safe? I was asked by my old Director to join since my team is decimated, but it sounds like a mess. It just might be better than where I currently am

Honestly really enjoyed my time in AML until my team was voluntold to move to Fraud. That role wasn’t too bad but was very boring. Since got a new role and really love my team. Managers/directors are great to work with and there a lot of really knowledgeable, experienced and competent people on the team. Definitely depends on where you land though, not every where is ran that smoothly.

People in fraud come and go as they please…

But yet, i gotta be in the office four days, 8 hours a day…..

And here I was trying to apply for a fraud position. I guess that’s out of the question.

AML/Fraud all trash at USAA, avoid if possible.

They laid off the AVPs and have been firing directors in Bank. It shows that they’re still there on Connect, but the AVPs have been gone and the Directors are applying like crazy. They’ve literally posted roles for Directors while the Directors are still there….

I wouldnt mind going over there, but i need a promotion and i dont want to call members
