We want more transparency on decisions (layoffs)
We want a say in company direction (as employees not just minuscule shareholder votes)
We want better training and accountability for our management
We want predictable pay raises and compensation adjustment
We want clearly defined meritocratic system for performance evaluation and promotion
We want transparency into accountability for poor leadership decisions (because layoffs are necessary but ELT’s and management’s failures need to be identified, publicized internally, and mitigated)

@a1, wow that is a pretty ridiculous to request that of others, you probably already started doing that and are still collecting a paycheck. @OP, you are projecting a lot of wants but this one makes me laugh, “We want a say in company direction (as employees not just minuscule shareholder votes)”. You know this is not an employee owned company, so that’s not going to happen. The others seem somewhat reasonable but just a pipe dream.
