We want predictable pay raises and compensation adjustment
We want clearly defined meritocratic system for performance evaluation and promotion
We want transparency into accountability for poor leadership decisions (because layoffs are necessary but ELT’s and management’s failures need to be identified, publicized internally, and mitigated)

Yes. Liquidate all Intel assets, set aside proceeds at 5%, cut monthly checks to all x-Intel employees. Is this woke enough for you?
