Spoke with a manager under Doug Woodwards organization - just a heads up. And speaking specifically of the non production roles - They will be rolling out active monitoring of your time. They always could see what you were doing and spending your time but they weren't actively looking. Now managers are getting alert when they see you are not active. The manager says even if you are in a meeting for a long time and not doing anything, it will show you as inactive. They have to use Common sense of course, but it will show them how you are spending your time. They also said that they aren't really monitoring weekends so if you are salaried and run errands during the day because you know you will make it up over the weekend. They may not see it. The best case scenario is to just make sure all your work is done so even those days you have to run errands they won't have anything to say to you.

Stop complaining…
Why would they expect you to be doing something else in meetings. Aren’t we supposed to pay attention in meetings?
What happens if you attend the meeting on mobile? Does it mean you are not connected.
We have it. Band 4s are also being held accountable. It's obnoxious because of meetings taking up most of our day, but other than that it's pretty easy to hit your metrics.
They rolled it out a long time ago and gathered data. Managers/Directors couldn't see and still can't see the data, but they have old data to prove when it was shown that things improved.
It's really not that bad other than having to be actively doing something during meetings. I don't want to be a "Company Person", but it actually did make me behave better. I was getting in the habit of logging off early sometimes.
The metrics they expect you to hit, at least so far, are easy to meet. Don't forget that you are being paid to be there. I think some people lose perspective. This also isn't unique to Cigna.
Sounds like DPA (Verint). It has been in the Claims space for a while, but has recently been rolled out in other orgs.
For what organization? I'm a director of high band 4s and not seen anything about this
