Yes totally worth it even if on your own time. Percipio also. Can get a six sigma. Or even a basic Project management foundation
In my role we're not even allowed to log in when we're not scheduled to work so we can't even use these "benefits." I even asked our director about this and no response...
What roles allow time to learn extra skills while on the clock?
I have completed three skills. Good and easy tool. Glad we have direct access to learning opportunities.
You don't register for it....you can go on and take courses to improve your various skills. I recommend it...especially in this environment.
