I just like, can't, like do me and I can't like, do work and I can't like do today and I can't do like this entire year. Because, like, I'm like so, over like this work thing. I want to get paid to like, just chill at home like we're supposed to be, it's our right. natural born, like right as humans along with free health care.
Is the case against DEI that those individuals are inherently less qualified and capable, but promoted none the less? If that’s true, how does one then explain the performance of MW and MN?
It really is a disgrace how, under the current ELT boys club along with their DEI hires, the company has been run into the ground. It is now a future HBS case study on how poor leadership can ruin a company, its culture and its future.
What did leadership expect? You announce layoffs and say it will be between 15-20%. So you think to yoursefl there will be a lot of people who will take retirement or early depending on their situation and then some low performers. Then you come to learn that they are just taking your entire team to another location (India) and are now asking you to train them. And not only that, but because they can't hire them fast enough before the clock runs out on July 1, they are getting contracting resources (Accenture and LTI in the IT Function) as a stop gap solution. Talk about a sh*t show.
After this is all said and done, along with possibility of not getting Hess; CVX don't be on any Fortune lists. Just news articles and research papers on how NOT to run a company.
Every single person i know is checked out and their mental health has deteriorated. ENGINE will be a case study in (useless) MBA classes of the future as an example of how to successfully destroy a F100 company.
