I am hoping for a RIF package. Have given up on focals.
Leave Oracle, salary increases….always an excuse why it can not be done. Top 1% doesn’t mean a thing.
they'll give rsu then before it's vested they lay you off. i've seen it happened.

I’m hearing the same rumors, but nothing official yet. Not a surprise with the drop in earnings per share, loss of market share across the board and macroeconomic troubles. Expect the 2nd half of this calendar year to be pretty rough.

What r u expecting at O, looks like a newbie post !!! Even if there is one, as usual it will be 1% or 2% max which doesn't make much difference :)
