The selection meetings were supposed to happen this week. Do they already know their outcomes? I have a couple friends who applied but I don’t want to ask directly in case it’s bad news

People are hearing yesterday, today, and tomorrow. The ones that have heard are being told not to tell others. I'm not sure why but maybe they're just waiting until all have been informed and can send out the new org chart.
Seems that many were out of scope to begin with. I’ve heard rumors there were more positions than candidates so I assume most if not all landed a spot which would keep with the stupid decisions being made in this reorg.
Today
I talked to 3 who found out they landed jobs today but couldn’t tell me what specific position. IT function.
Has anyone heard of someone not getting a spot?

They have all been notified. You should be able to easily tell the result from their body language.
