Thirteen years at this place is way more than enough, especially with how everything's been so completely and unbelievably fu---d lately. I think I'm just going to start slacking off for real. Maybe that will finally land me on the next damn list. That sounds like a win at this point.

My thoughts exactly. Thanks to this company for making this step for me, and that i don't have to sustain this BS anymore. Even my health got broken during my 10+ years there. Good riddance 🔥
And good luck to those remaining. There are some great people that deserve much better, at least an ethical, treatment
Thirteen years at OpentText, must felt like a life sentence with hard labor. Life is too short, and time too precious, to be spent in such a toxic environment, governed by a fear-based culture. It took me only three months to break free from that prison. Looking back, I ask myself: how did I endure all the pain? So many emotional scars are buried deep in my subconscious, scars I may carry with me for the rest of my years. If I have one regret, it is that I didn’t resign sooner.

Nope. They keep the slackers and get rid of the hard-working people with all the knowledge. Want to get laid off? Work hard, put in extra hours and be willing to help out with anyone/anything. That ought to do the trick.
