I'm amazed at how I only just learned about this site, and how except MB and his friends with a private office, everyone suffers the same from LOUD noise justified or unjustified. Either everyone is in the office to be on the same Teams call (or how would we share the screen), or with another region or just yelling because it's a thing some managers do to make sure everyone knows they are in the office. (you'd think it's an exaggeration but they yell "I'm in the office!")
So thank god they fixed the noise issue, making sure to have a single employee in each floor now by firing all of his peers. now just to track back on better together.
Office is the same. Loud rude individuals who have no self awareness. Talking loud, sniffling like they're trying to inhale a rock, coughing non-stop, and sneezing like a gorilla every other minute.
Lack of transparency produces fear, which is a work ki-ler.
In my office, it's kind of strange right now. Lots of FUD in the office cause we just don't know what's happening. It's been completely quiet from our management. That's the frustrating part is we don't have any information at all.
I can tell you that the toilets are filthy like never before.
