Some organizations recently went through reorg. Are they excluded from this reorg? That would raise numbers for other orgs

Law has closed positions
Innovation (except groups being pulled out) and Biz Dev are still recovering from the last one so they are OOS
CTV out of scope
I know of at least one BU that went through a reorg at the end of last year and laid off people and they are also part of the current reorg/restructuring. Given that most of the US was offered AEOI option (whether it was approved or not), I think all BUs are involved.
