Didn’t Elliot send email saying DH let go and position eliminated and how we don’t need that role? And now just announced someone from SEC (of all places) will be new head of strategy.

No. The email said they got rid of the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer role, and no longer need that role as a direct report to the CEO.
Instead there will be a Chief Strategy Officer, in charge of just the strategy function, and reporting up to the CFO.
DH deciding to leave instead of taking the demotion left the new CSO role vacant. It has now been filled.
Can we go back to MF? Why is he still here? Mislead investors. No experience as a public company CFO before Nike. Uses people to advance himself. Slashes HC and then allows the business to bloat with high paid consultant’s. It’s just gross.

DH was a HON hire.
JD stripped strategy out into Finance and directly into CEO. This move brings it back to FInance function. Additionally DH was a JD hire, so I view this as a cleaning of house.
Need to bump up those DEI KPIs to get maximum VP compensation

Are VP’s still bonused on representation? If so, would this make sense on why this was rushed before end of the year?
They’re just recycling people at this point. Is JH the right person for strategy? On paper maybe. In person though she doesn’t have a vision nor does she care about addressing problems head on. I know - I used to work with her. But hey MF got his way and now “owns” strategy as was his master plan all along. Are we in good hands with him taking this on? Probably not. No big initiative in his team seems to be working.
Had to get away from SEC before another delay or go live exposes that program for the incompetent circus it is.
