Definitely Kari, she is smart, kind and independent. She does her best to balance the company interests with the consumer interests. Sad if she leaves.
I can't stand Kari. I can tolerate David.

At least the person before Kari had the 13aLLs to disagree with David….and get cut for it.
I don't "hate" anyone, but... David. He runs the show and he is allowing Kari to do what she is doing. His reactions during the town hall where people were saying "we are not ok", told me all I needed to know. While Kari is guilty, I think she is ultimately a scapegoat. He will throw her under the bus in a heartbeat if it means saving his own skin.
Not everyone on here has lost their jobs yet.
It's a good site to read if you want honest and unfiltered feedback.
SLT is out of touch with anyone 2 or more levels below them and they are fed what they want to hear. I don't think Cordani is a bad guy... i just think he doesn't realize what's happening with the future of tech for his company.
That being said this could all be his exit plan.
Kari on the other hand has never struck me as anything but disingenuous and mean hearted.
Hearing her speak it's very easy to tell she doesn't believe anything she says at town halls.

Neither are shining examples of good corporate leadership.
