For representing terminated employees in Ontario, the most well-known law firms are Monkhouse Law, Levitt LLP, Samfiru Tumarkin LLP, and Bune Law. These firms are recognized for their strong focus on employee-side employment law, particularly wrongful dismissal and severance negotiations. Monkhouse Law is nationally recognized for employee advocacy and offers free consultations. Levitt LLP, led by Howard Levitt, is highly experienced in wrongful dismissal and protecting employee rights. Samfiru Tumarkin LLP has a strong public profile and specializes in representing non-unionized employees facing termination. Bune Law is known for strategic, practical advice in wrongful dismissal and severance cases. All of these firms have strong reputations for helping terminated employees secure fair compensation and navigate complex employment law issues in Ontario.

Any employment lawyer will do, and yes of course they will take a layoff case.
