All the working folks will get cut, and all the talkers will remain. LBTs big ELT shakeup was an dud. Intel has 3 years max of existence left. There is no way this company is going to survive.

His ELT changes were not what anyone was expecting...let's be honest if anyone other than Dave and LBT thinks he should still be at Intel then they should be let go. He made a huge financial mistake and his job is finance! Then you retain all the same managers and executives who have been making the same bad decisions for years.. tell me how is that change? Again layoffs will come and more of the worker bees will be let go and Intel will be here again in less than a year making more cuts until one day it's sold off.
Just announced. 20% of workforce to be cut
Some who should stay will be gone and vice versa.
For sure the id--ts will have new tricks to stay and to collect paychecks while getting rid of the remain talents again. This is the result of corporation CYCLE for id--ts and stupidities domination.
20% of H1B's need to be gone, 40% of managers are needed to be gone.
As LBT said, need to give engineering a chance innovate without those restrictions and micro managers.

Why the he-l there is a manager managing a group of 8 ppl and then have another manager to manage those 6 managers in the shift and another manager to manage that 2 managers.
