He needs to see first hand how hard people work and how poorly deployed the internal tools are. And how they have Frankensteined all the acquisitions teams together… please come see how it is for the other 99%.

@dg+1jsg22q5b apparently,
the website is administered, and the content rules listed in a footer apply to all forums here.
Someone compiled a rules summary on an old thread - according to that, site mods nuke posts for:
- over excessive use of foul language
- personal insults and derogatory language (towards groups or individuals)
- use of real names and personally identifiable info (except for naming already public figures)
- bullying, trolling and spamming
- direct advertising and asking for votes of any kind (political, union, stock votes)
- off topics like discussing politics and religion
Say no more. Reading 4 words in your title, I already agree with you!
- it'll never happen. Too mush risk of exposure and seriously, do you think he could really disguise himself? Really?
- he's not open to any feedback other than praise and confirmation that he's a genius.
I see that posts are disappearing here.
Everyone would see his fat a-s coming a mile away.
Understand call to “refrain from the weight joke”, but it really is kind of an indicator of the problem. Mark has too much on his plate as CEO and CTO to do either well. Add to that the need to control everything and retain all decision-making authority, and the org is utterly wasting the management talent and leadership that is has. Now blindly slashing it, MB is still acting like he’s the only one that can decide anything, only one who knows, only one who is driven to make the company succeed. It’s self-fulfilling, as the leadership capability within the org is either cut or leaves, there’s nobody left to make it go and all just look up to Mark’s table to hope a scrap falls off. The culture is diabolical right now.
If possible, let’s refrain from the weight joke. There are some of us remaining here that want OpenText to get better and will use channels like this to get our points to Mark and the ELT. I they don’t read it, ignore it or don’t want feedback there is nothing else the remaining employees can do. But if we turn this into a joke and make fun of Mark’s weight they will brush off all feedback on this site as garage. All we can do as remaining employees is try to get our message heard, and try to make things better, that should be the “OpenText Way” the other option is for all of us just to look for new jobs and not give a damn about OpenText anymore.
He is so out of touch it seems planned
