daft CEO
The comments about the Permian are what’s concerning.
In the US, the designation of a recession is determined by an expert committee of the National Bureau of Economic Research based on a number of factors including several months of contraction of GDP. The designation generally can only be made retrospectively as the data becomes available.
He might be using Brandon’s revised definition where 2 consecutive quarters of negative gdp growth is not a recession.
Meanwhile planning capes reductions in response to weak prices…
MW is a tool
cnbc is no different from cnn. Guess again haha!
Same analysis as the CVX shareprice.
Anyone that believes anything coming from Chevron after the sh-t show they've made out of the layoffs needs to have their head examined.
Since when MW is an expert in economic predictions? No o Einstein the company forgets when he used transformation as an excuse to "Win in any environment" and despite record high oil prices Chevron ended up dead last year after year, you trally believe in this clown with his miniscule intellect?
Bend the knee and kiss the ring.
