It’s sad when American business men sell out their own country to allegedly save a dime. Clients aren’t buying the “blended rate” bullcr-p. You get what you pay for. If someone offshore is only billing $10/ hour vs $100/hour for onshore , there’s a damn good reason for it. Maybe we should offshore Holmberg’s or Malec’s positions! Because I’m sure they aren’t worth the salaries and bonuses they get paid!!

Due to the money translation for jobs that pay Americans 60k to 100k a year they are only paying India workers 7k to 10k go to the Thryve job site and translate the money to dollars. This isn't the only issue I have. Search how much college is a year in India ...it's 700.00 compared to 30k a year. So a Bachelors degree in India is 2,100.00 and then it translates to the U.S. Google a hospital and look at the Dr. Credentials you will see India Bachelors degrees. My other issue is all of the health care information member ID, patient information address phone, ssn is on a claim that they are allowed to view in India.....But Tic Tok was a national security issue. Make it make sense.
Currently, tariffs are focused on manufacturing. I haven't heard of any one from the administration talk about tariffs on offshoring.
How are they legally allowed to send patient information out of country? Do members not have an option to demand their info stays in country?
Why are they still allowed to outsource when they have tariffs on all this other stuff?
That's the endgame, regardless of party, the rich CEOs and donors who control the politicians will not rest until they control all of the wealth and normal Americans are left jobless, homeless, and dead in the streets. Why pay an American when you can pay someone overseas a quarter of their salary? Or better yet, use a computer you don't have to pay at all!
While tariffs are talked about in news conferences in the same breath as bringing jobs back to America, not a word is mentioned about all the jobs being sent offshore while working Americans are being laid off.
