Well, they are not waiting to fire SB to have some good news with the release. The proxy statement has tons of pages explaining why it is important to release more shares for EC stock bonuses. "Need to keep critical talent to finish reinvention". Delusional. Double today is still worth half of yesterday. They will have to quadruple the grants just to be even, and that is only if the decline ends...

May 2nd? WOW, that is ominous AF. This would mean they are submitting the 10-Q on, or just before 5/2, a Friday. I'm assuming this would be after the earnings call, which I guess would happen earlier that day?

There is a town hall meeting (internal) on may 2 to go over the results.
I simply don’t know why it’s not posted on the website or announced when the official results are out. It’s extremely odd.
