Anyone know who got let go? Was it virtual folks, managers, performance-related, or people from the Center of Excellence?

IT in the Philippines was affected.
I do know last day many from Cloud Ops, Cloud Applications, ServiceNow, CSM, Commercial Cloud, Sovereign Cloud are gone across USA n CANADA, but mostly from Shannon's group.
The whole China r&d site is gone, including hundreds of engineers. It affects itom and adm. The peer teams are in India but the KT is not done yet. This is su----e. Especially for Adm products like alm and ppm and uft, no KT has been done yet. We want to know are the CEO and CPO out of their fu--ing mind
