Is it still easy for remote workers to find fully remote roles after being laid off? With the current trend shifting back to return-to-office policies, landing a new job might require relocation. That’s a tough situation—especially for those who may need to sell their home and buy another one at today’s record-high mortgage rates given the current economic climate.

If you love your remote job more than an on-site one, you will feel that way. For most people, they rather take priority on finding a good job than just a comfortable one.
You can still find many remote jobs, but the main problem is that a lot of job listings are phantom. You can spend months sending out hundreds of resumes, but you'll never get a response.
