At the very least they can see if you are working at HQ vs off-site. So if you are connecting on HQ network or via a VPN elsewhere.
It's 30 days in a state that is not approved for remote work, so not every state. It only applies to people working in certain orgs, such as owned brands. For example, Florida is not an approved state for owned brands, so you technically are not allowed to work more than 30 days from there, however the same rule doesn't apply if you work in Inventory, for example.
I think you have to get clearance to be in other states for more than something like 3 weeks if I remember correctly. Talk to your leader. I believe this is related to tax.
We are in office twice a week right now, but you could be any where else the other 5 days a week.
I’d be cautious about it. If you’re planning to travel and work from outside the US (or India) I’m fairly certain that’s not allowed and will land you in trouble (tax reasons). If you mean working from another state for an extended period of time, then I don’t think that’ll be an issue.
We don’t even know if we have bananas in stock at stores.
