By leveraging agile methodologies and data-driven empathy, OSWO aims to proactively deliver hyper-personalized, omni-channel touchpoints that delight, engage, and ultimately humanize the payer experience.

Core Pillars:

  • Experience Harmonization: Orchestrating frictionless interactions via a dynamic, cloud-enabled engagement framework.
  • Sentiment Intelligence: Utilizing AI/ML-powered behavioral analytics to curate predictive satisfaction inflection points.
  • Wellness Gamification: Driving activation through integrated incentivization ecosystems and synergistic behavioral nudging.
  • Care Journey Co-Creation: Empowering stakeholders through value-stream alignment and continuous voice-of-customer feedback loops.

Next Steps:
We will stand up a cross-functional Center of Happiness Excellence (CoHE) to iteratively ideate, pilot, and scale value-add member delight vectors by Q3. Key stakeholders will be asked to synergize across silos to ensure that low-hanging fruit are leveraged while also blue-skying long-hanging fruit.

YAAAAAASSSSS! I am so looking forward to staying in a hotel during a snow storm so we can get overpriced meds out to DHL on time, and working while I am on medical leave. This is how we achieve more vitality for our customers and the employees we spend 1.2B on!!!
