Starting April 28 must update Workday Career Profile. Is this another means to target ppl for rifs? Or, a standard protocol?

It’s always good to do, however , Yes, they are preparing for another RIF. Update quickly.
This is a normal process. I did this last year and it created more opportunities and connections for me.
Isn’t standard protocol. Take that as you wish to I guess.
