SVP of conventional/ well delivery said the new organization will be rolled out in early May. Anyone else curious when the layoffs begin? I guess we would all just be guessing anyways but the short little tu-d ball is running out of time.

@db+1jsb3mwks lack of alignment and organization within CVE - that’s way. Half these amateurs are winging it it.
I heard lots of rumours. All done before May 8th, all done in 4-6 weeks and “lots have to go”, but who knows what’s true if any.
Don’t think there will be anything in downstream this week, unsure about conventional. IT still probably a ways out.
Argh… why do they need us at our cubicles for this? Why not just do it via Teams? It's honestly concerning how unnecessarily stressful this whole process is — people have been on edge for weeks.
John Town Hall is mid of May, I would like they will want to get all the layoffs done before the CEO Town Hall
