If you think the current processes don't work or not necessary, then you are not offering recommendations for better ways of doing business, or you're not being heard by your management, or you're being dismissed with no value. If this was a marriage, hopefully you would file for divorce and run! If you're not being heard at a young age, you will start to have doubt in your self-worth.

So I’m 105% smart and you are only 50% smart. Let THAT sink in!
@hui+1jsHQWLj The unnecessary work cascades down unfortunately. The number of studies I've seen performed at the request of an LL4+ where every GSR in the room knew the answer prior to starting is unreal.
We have insanely talented people and no one in management will even ask their opinion before cascading an assignment.
I had an LL5 who was upset when I spoke to her boss about something just in passing. She demanded that I not speak to him without telling her first. After a few years she was promoted and I'm still at the same level.
What management does is add extra unnecessary work to make themselves look busy while they try to climb over each other to get to the top (e.g. "Let me review your documents/emails and sign off on them before you submit it).
You got that right. Back slapping and clapping only.
The management team is not interested in suggestions. That has been made abundantly clear.
I one cares what newbies think. Zip it and do your faux assignments, and have a second career on the side. Chances are slim to none of you want to climb the ford ladder
We don't want to offer any suggestions to this management.
Its not needed. A sinking ship cant be recovered. Its better to jump ships and let the fat pigs drown alone in the sinking ship.
