The only bonus payments I ever got in DXC were from clients.
: @bn+1js2z1fhq, I got 1 for 2 consecutive year and got a promotion but never a bonus. Last dec increment was the first pay increment I gotten from the company since I join dxc 4 yrs ago.
I usually don't even get a thank you. I did once get an insult of reward points that I can't spend until I earn more points. Seeing as it's the first one I got in 5 years. I don't plan on helping out again. It's just an insult.

Every year I've gotten a 1 rating I've gotten a bonus of 2-3%.
Remember bonuses are cheaper than pay rises as they aren't cumulative, which is why DXC is more "generous" with them.
The positive is that they tied to end of year reviews, so you get them earlier rather than waiting for whatever month the leadership thinks they can delay rises to.
No 8 years of revenue decline and no new logos - only the ceo and his friends that he hired get bonuses
Very rarely. I've seen it happen for 1 rated employees but it's very, very, rare. I would not count on it.
yup - CEO and direct reports get big bonus every year - guaranteed, no matter how dreadful the financial results
rest of the 130K staff - no, they get one small, below inflation, pay rise every 10-15 years and so are now 40% below market rate and the cost of living - which is why most are quietly quitting, and not responding on Monday's and Friday's as they pursue other interests
