I saw others mention they were on medical leave. And I was also on medical leave. My manager is a d-mb as a box of rocks. All of the people she’s managing, with the exception of a few, are more skilled than her. The Director—a worthless hag with no integrity who sits in her chair smiling and talking about how she is a procrastinator, yet she would never accept this behavior from staff, is a snake in the grass. I know she selected me. She’s nasty and threatened by people who’ve called her on her bs. And my former manager is spineless. She constantly canceled 1:1 with all of us, no opportunity for advancement. Hideous grammar. It’s truly embarrassing. These managers are insane, and so are the directors managing them. They did me a favor. I’d been looking but not seriously enough. I can’t wait for the day they’re RIF’d. They are not essential workers. Good luck to everyone. People deserve better than this company and their trashy, incompetent managers.
@vh+1js2t2mkt THIS!
Let’s be real. It’s the subordinates who do most of the work for the info on that ppt. We have to drop everything to work on it because they named a Director or above who wants it. When I hear that I know it’s a pointless exercise. Sometimes that Director or VP didn’t actually ask for it. Managers just drag you into their boot licking game. These are the people who should be RIFd. But they won’t be.
Word up!!
Very very soon Spark will be able to create ppts. I mean the full slide decks and everything, not just the content.
If you only knew 😂😂😂
Unfortunately these people will be the last to be riffed. This company loves being top heavy with useless leaders. They will continue to protect their own while riffing the ones who do real work.
Reorganization should start with the medical directors that are paid big bucks to just talk and review denials. We have the MD VP that manages the Manager MD, and then the MD manager who oversee the MD, and then the MDs and PP MDs. Do we need that many? Some have side jobs and some just sit around, attend meeting and give ideas here and there, and take credit for the work the subordinates have to do because of their idea.
They don't do the PPTs. They have subordinates create them and then they take the credit. So, talking bull is really the only skill they have.... A lot of what is wrong with this company.
Amen to that.
