Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Morality is at it's lowest

Notice how everyone that I've come across, from full timers to part timers, are unhappy due to all obvious reasons stated in past posts. Do yourselves a favor and start looking for other ventures. Would be better off and allow for this workforce to be more short on staff than ever. (Shrugs both shoulders)

I’ve never been one to say the grass is greener on the other side, but in this case, it sure is!! Any place is better than working for Mondelez!! My life got so much better the day I was gone! Quit and had a job that paid better and had wonderful team mates and a great boss instantly!! Line within a week! Mondelez management is an absolute joke!!

Don’t quit if you can stomach it, let them fire you!! Pay an attorney a small retainer and let them do the math….there is a formula for how much you should be able to accomplish in a day…called cpish. Why are some getting easy days while others get spammed? Looked at the case counts! They need to make adjustments daily but they are too lazy and stupid so it’s a real easy fight and they will always settle! The RMS Adam, very typical, nepotism is rampant! Don’t put up with their stuff!!

They had to have wanted me to quit. They made my daily ideploy impossible to accomplish and they became frustrated when I said as much! Our new RMS Adam is an absolute joke. He's unavailable 28% of the time, never responding on weekends, even though many of us are in the field those days and very much need his support. I'm convinced that he has someone in high places within the company to have gotten where he is with little or no effort. The first time I met him he reeked like a skunk. Totally unprofessional!

Fellow sales rep quit recently.
They are already regretting it.
Wanted to come back but addition by subtraction is usually best.

Seems like they want people to quit. Cheap labor is what all companies want. If you've been here for 5+ years they want to make it miserable for you so you quit. That's how corporations do it.
