People need to stop asking if their job is safe here. It’s not. Doesn’t matter if you’ve been here 20 years or 20 months, no one at this company is untouchable. I’ve watched top performers and slackers get marched out the door. Even the so-called ‘irreplaceable’ ones are gone. Save yourself the stress and assume nothing.

Truth. No one is safe. Rude but out or move on.
Our terminations don't even involve HR.
Everyday I wake up and check my email first thing expecting the HR update
