Seems obvious now that whoever stands up to JV gets booted. And that’s not even my concern bc I don’t care enough to put my head on the chopping block.
He’s genuinely not a good VP and keeps lying about things like contractor terminations, job openings, promotions, plans. He’s trying to move everything to ITC. Doesn’t matter if I agree with any of the above but like… don’t lie about it?? Every day somehow the list gets longer, maybe own up to it?
Curious to see who he lets go next…

Competency and Incompetency come in all shades and colors.
Consumer (???) Product (??) Innovation (?) - Takes a lifetime to be good at even one of these three themes. Yet to see how we are delivering anything besides some random made up mumbo jumbo. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ . Another case of misplaced priorities in GT.
You could say this about all of GT leaders…they all lie about everything.
This team has none of C, P or I. As and when the next reorg and layoffs happen, this entire group led by JS can go and it will cause 0 disruption to Nike’s business. Infact it will accelerate projects across the board and save Nike $$.
@OP:
JV... or JS?
another RAT in the making

Fire all of GT into the sun. Burn it down. It’s irreparable. Needs to be completely rebuilt.
This needs to be reported to the senator and US government as well. This VP and his boss need to be reported for shipping 200+ American jobs to India. The state of Oregon gives these companies a tonne of tax incentives to create jobs and support the local economy. Every taxpayer contributes through their hard earned wages in the betterment and development of the society. These cronies are misusing their power and company resources and will do anything to save their own jobs. The Oregonian - An investigation is due probably?
OP - Sorry I meant VP, not director
