As a member of our clinical organization i can’t believe what I am seeing being done to the organization at the hands of the newish leaders. I didn’t love everything about our team’s prior direction but at least there was honesty and integrity. Now it is nothing but cutthroat with new leaders dismissing us and pretending they know something about the healthcare and health plan system when they have never worked in a business or corporate setting. Having a job is good. Being respected in that job would be better. Unfortunately there is no longer respect for our medical professionals at the hands of the recent executive hires. Maybe it’s time to go back to seeing individual patients instead of trying to make healthcare better for everyone.

Which division? I would agree if you're talking about Cigna Healthcare. The clinical leaders with integrity and compassion have all left or been pushed out over the past 5 years. We used to have such a great CHC clinical org. I don’t even recognize it anymore.
