What's the other's hubs for ITC looking like? We had a layoff last year, wondering if its going to happen again or they already laid off from other hubs

Ok to save money allow remote work by doing a lottery once a week. Not only will this keep happy employees but it reduces insurance and electricity bills and also little work incentives to keep working area clean. Offer destress rooms. Encourage commarodity and team work. Have an information update hour. Telephone time is great but make availability three days a week so other work can be focused on.
If you let go of the janitors, I’m pretty sure the SVPs and EVPs would be put in charge of cleaning. Don’t be surprised if the bathrooms end up a mess, they have no idea what they’re doing. Then again, with the way things are going, our workplaces are starting to resemble toilets anyway, aren’t they?
