Don't know how I feel about it. Hasn't affected me to much with the Carlisle branch. But I do know the drivers hate it, it doesn't them efficient, there always complains about it, and want them to go back to the way things were. There not even looking forward to the rollback carts.

Only 3 delivery days would be awesome!
Leave a bunch for the next day and never late trucks to deal with.

I’m on ZBR and I only have 3 delivery days including Saturday. One of the days I have 21 deliveries! Just when you think these guys have run out of ideas to make your job miserable, surprise they find a way!

ZBR wouldn't work in our area, we just cut back the majority of store deliveries from 3-2 and 2-1 as a logistics cost saving measure.

6 delivery days (bringing back Saturday) instead of 5.
Cost savings on logistics side, cost pressure for retail.
