2% raises + back to back 6 months delays = the company saves on 3 years of raises
back to back 18mnth focal cycle, means they shorted us a full year of comp increases.
Presumably you pay the people at the top a big huge salary so you can get the best and the brightest, but nobody ever gets pushed out. How does that work? They must be so d8mn good!
I felt like an elite executive when I got my bonus. I put half of it in my e-trade account, and splurged on a fancy dinner at Red Robbin. I had TWO beers.
How many millions did Thomas R make from achieving nothing/giving up in 1 year 🥹
Keep up the good work. The execs are counting on you so they can put a few million more in their investment accounts.
Don't worry. The executives will still get their bonuses.
So for those that didn't get a severance package, we are rewarded with not just more work but also no raise.
Management is trying to tell you something. Better listen.
Right... All the talk is FY26 focal... So we're just going to forget about FY25 performance.
But they’re still giving bonuses on time! Doesn’t help me, and will probably only benefit the people with a higher salary
They’re probably doing it so they can meet their target date of positive free cash flow toward the end of the year, which also coincides with when the next Viasat-3 launch will start brining in revenues. Feel like before cheated again.
She also says new cycle but only says for this focal period. So is it now December going forward or is it December then again in June 26? I think since 2020 we have delayed raises about 2 calendar years now.
Also we are definitely still going to do another round of layoffs between now and December.
How does that protect fy25? viasat fy ended march 31.
