I have been transfered to a new group and no one is helpful or friendly. I have recently been moved and the employees are treating me like I have the plague. I have not been trained on the new equipment or procedures. My manager is aware of this and says eventually I will be trained. It is like they are afraid of me because I am an outsider that was brought in to help. I think they are purposely withholding training to drop my ranking and force me out. Another of my older co workers is going through this as well. It seems this is the way they will get rid of the retirement eligible employees.

I turned 54 this year and I am being harassed. Everything I do is wrong. I was acussed of causing a disruption during a meeting. They said I was moving in my chair to much and it bothered the speaker. I sat during the entire meeting while others got up and moved around the room. Everyone is afraid of me and will not talk to myself. I was also told I was not interacting enough withbmy co workers. I protested to the manager and they said I had to win them over. There is no hope and I feel like they are getting me ready to go at 55. I do not speak at meetings anymore because I was told I talked too much. Now the say I am not contributing to the meetings. I cannot win in this fixed game. The only way is out.

I does not bother me but it pi---s me off. I can just sit around all day and do nothing for at least another year. I can either work and contribute or they can pay me to sit on my a-s all day. It us just stupid the way this company operates. I just saw a kiss a-s worker get an award for kissing a-s. Exxon likes to f-c with certain individuals. Favorites are protected and pushed up. I cannot be the best at this place because I am not allowed or chosen. I will get the hint and retire from this unfair he-l hole.

Looks you got the clue. Your supervisor has given a signal to the pack you are persona non grata targeted for bottom of ranking. Sorry to say it's very common. Good luck
