I don’t understand why Elevance has not leveled out QIP and AIP. No it is not a salary and grade level differential. My team has both QIP and AIP and salaries are within range of each other and grade level but QIP fares much better especially this past year than AIP. QIP 1st quarter is strong…how and why?

Yes!! As someone on QIP I would never take an AIP role. QIP is extremely consistent. From what I hear about team members on AIP this past year their bonuses were over 50% less and mine had no change and increased. I know QIP doesn’t come out of a departments budget but I would agree why?
