Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

G 18 - 19 ranges

As a G18 in MN for TOS, I find new Tech positions in G19 and G20 (from last quarter) having substantial bump.

Qs:

  1. Do ppl actually get to the higher end of the range?
  2. Bonus: what are the % range like?
  3. What's the stock equity grant % or is it a fixed amount?

  1. No, one gets that only if hiring mgr wants you desperately or if you have a competing offer.
  1. It’s 45-55% of base. Funding avg was 103% last year.
  1. 45-89k grant, if given. Vests over 3 years.

Use your brain and be smart. Ask the recruiter of the role for those details and they can advise you.

What better place than a layoff channel to humble brag about high pay!

OP - if you were truly a G18 you would not be asking these questions here. I suspect that first response is you as well.
