What was the big finish for Drive to 25?
Drive to 25 was about getting the stock price to $500 by 2025. All the other stuff was window dressing.
And despite beating the market, COVID, etc - it failed. So here we are. Shareholders still rich but not rich enough.
Did anyone ever figure out exactly what it was?
It was a total failure so they just stoppped talking about it.
They once had Drive to 5 in the MA business.
I still have a leather coaster stamped with Drive to 5. It’s an heirloom.
Drive to 25 is so yesterday man.
💀 Asphyx by 26 💀
It was successful in driving us Medicare employees out of the company. Wondering how all my former co-workers are feeling knowing the company just got $3 billion in cash from the sale of the MA business right before cutting this many jobs?
Drive to 25 was a successful project. The goal was to increase more revenue by cutting costs, eliminating staff and replacing them with cheaper offshore staff, and selling off Medicare line of business. Executive leadership packaged "drive to 25" with as much cooperate jargon as possible to confuse employees and vaguely give them the idea of upcoming changes so when it was all done, no one could connect the dots.
They layed off my work wife and work husband, so it’s now “No Team 26”
The unstated but biggest goal of Drive To '25 was to reduce employee numbers through layoffs, RTO, PIPs, and a generally unpleasant work environment.
It worked but not enough so they've enacted plan B, even more layoffs.
“I’m surprised they released the survey results.”
They didn’t. They were discussed in round table meetings by department.
I’m surprised they released the survey results.
It was to driver up Cordani’s bank account and layoff folks
Based on the employee feedback survey we heard, the goal of “Be an employer of choice” was not met. Where was all the follow-up with charts and graphs saying how great we did on Drive to 2025 in the Town Halls? There’s your answer.
it ended as dry as a popcorn fa-t and I don't hear anything more about it. Must be onto the new and improved "eat a di-k in 26" platform.
Layoffs happened and are happening.
