What do you mean where is the disconnect? Why would any business leader admit that they are going to lay off a substantial portion of the workforce publicly before filing a WARN notice?

How's the cloud migration going so far? Barely any workloads have been migrated, and the platforms team's "paved road" is a minefield, and it's substantially more expensive than anyone estimated, and only getting more expensive.
They will not only let you go, they will outsource your job to India...
