On a call today our staff bpm announced she will be discussing AIP on Friday and it will be a recorded call. Seems rather foreboding?

Would not be surprised if they ditched AIP all together - as far as Staff VP - this place is incredibly top heavy -
I thought there was a rule that all female Staff VPs had to have bleach blonde hair. Or maybe that rule just applies to those that did not get to the position by being competent and having the skills to do the job!

Wow! a Staff VP will address us. The staff VPs here are the best of the best! The cream of the crop! The toast of the town! The brightest stars! They walk on water! The most enlightened! Hail to our staff VPs! When I grow up, I wanna be a staff VP.:)
It’s crazy because QIP is going strong. My AIP staff were grossly under bonus but QIP was not impacted at all and these staff members did 3 times better in bonus.
I assume there will not be any additional payouts this year, after the lackluster bonuses last month.
